PopCaddie Refund & Warranty Policy

Effective Date: 10/01/2024

Due to the custom nature of each enclosure, all sales are final once production has begun.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production, sourcing, and customization may already be in progress and cancellation requests may no longer be eligible for a refund.

Please note that minor cosmetic imperfections, small marks, or slight material variations can naturally occur during manufacturing and do not affect the performance or functionality of the enclosure.

While there is no formal warranty included, repair patches are provided with every enclosure purchase for quick and easy repairs if needed.

Our manufacturer has successfully fulfilled hundreds of enclosures with a very low issue rate. In the rare event that a manufacturing defect is identified upon arrival, PopCaddie will work directly with the manufacturer to help support a reasonable resolution.

Customers are responsible for proper setup, operation, transportation, storage, and maintenance of the enclosure after delivery.

Damage caused by misuse, improper setup, severe weather, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact sales@popcaddie.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can assist accordingly.
